Looking only at the final touchpoint can hide earlier research or advertising contacts. Examining assistance helps describe the recorded journey; presence in a path is not proof of incremental impact.
GA4 Attribution paths shows credit assigned to early, mid and late touchpoints. Do not assume the old UA assisted-conversion column or assisted-to-last-click ratio exists unchanged in GA4.
Check the model, dates, key events and missing data. A ratio of one is not a universal boundary for assigning funnel roles or predicting budget effects.
