There is a difference between just mentioning a name and citing a source that links to the official page. Also check to see if there is any confusion with another company with the same name and if the actual service is described accurately.
Distinguish between positive and negative opinions and factual errors. We do not treat all customer reviews expressing inconvenience as incorrect information or assume that AI's trust score will increase if there are many real-name reviews.
When analyzing, record questions, channels, points in time, and sources. Creating fake reviews or posts pretending to be from a third party to increase mentions is not a way to create trustworthy material.
