Schema.org's HowTo type exists, but Google HowTo rich results ended in 2023. You shouldn't explain that you can get Google's step-by-step search card by adding this markup.
Valid data representation, search functionality supported by Google, and whether an external AI service cites the content are different. Make sure it matches the actual documentation and follows the scope of support for the system you use.
