The key is which topic to write about, which page to answer on, and how to structure the evidence and explanation. It is distinguished from tasks that fill a certain number of characters or repeat the same keywords.
Define the reader before choosing search terms
Even when searching for the same running shoes, a person choosing their first running shoes and someone comparing shoes for racing need different information. You can explain the intended use and fit to the first reader, and present comparable specifications and conditions of use to the second reader. This is an example of document planning and is not a guarantee of the effectiveness or performance of a specific product.
The same goes for corporate content. Practitioners can see how to use it, purchasing teams can see costs and scope of support, and security teams can see access rights and operating conditions. Rather than putting all the questions in one article, group content that addresses the same judgment and link to the next article.
View existing pages before writing new ones
Check whether the current page does not sufficiently answer the question or whether articles on the same topic overlap with each other. Rather than adding a new article, it may be appropriate to supplement the adoption requirements in the existing product description. If you first determine the purpose of revision and the page in charge, you can avoid the issue of publication volume itself being an achievement.
Google's User-Centric Content Guide encourages review of original information, sufficient explanations, and sources. It also states that there is no fixed number of words that Google prefers. Do not cut necessary explanations or add repetitive sentences simply to meet an assumed length.
The role of editing remains after AI drafting
AI can be used to sort data or organize drafts. The finished product must be human-checked to ensure that the sources actually exist, that the quotations are consistent with the original text, and that the brand does not promise features that it does not provide. The review responsibilities required for each field are also first determined.
Guide to Google’s generative AI content explains the dangers of churning out worthless pages. The accuracy of your final content and the value it adds to your readers are more important than simply whether or not you use a tool.
After publication, see if your question has been resolved
Check the exposure/visit of the search term and page, and movement to the next required information. If traffic increases but inquiries become less relevant, check the audience you are attracting and whether the page meets the expectations it sets. Depending on the observation results, decide which pages to supplement, integrate, and update.
