Check the reason and affected scope in Search Console. Fix the reported problems across affected pages and document what changed before requesting reconsideration.
No manual action does not establish that an algorithm update caused a decline. Investigate demand, server and indexing states, site changes and competition too.
Review time varies. Do not promise four to eight weeks or rapid recovery, and do not repeatedly submit while an earlier request awaits a decision.
